Welcome to Knockout with Zyxel - Network Security that really packs a punch! Test your knowledge on network security in this boxing themed quiz, and see if you can take out H.Acker.
Before you get started, we wanted to explain the basic rules of the game and how to play.
Knockout with Zyxel explained...
Knockout with Zyxel, is an interactive, boxing-themed game played in a quiz format.
There are 12 rounds, and 120 points up for grabs.
Collect points for every correct answer as you take on H.Acker, your arch enemy in the ring.
If you get a top score on the leaderboard, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win an Amazon voucher – there’s 21 in total up for grabs (and one of them is worth £100!)
This exclusive game is open for a limited time only, between Wednesday 10th November 2021 – Friday 10th December 2021.
So, don’t miss your chance to play today as it won’t be around for too long.
The Steps
At every round of Knockout, you’ll be asked a multiple-choice question.
Every question has 3 possible answers to choose from.
At every Step the ‘Coach’ (who is on your side), will help you by sharing a link to a piece of content which contains the correct answer to the question.
You have 2 chances to get the question right on every round, with a correct answer scoring you 10 points.
If you get the answer wrong on your third guess, you’ll earn 0 points for that round and skip ahead to the next question.
So, don’t risk getting the answer wrong – remember to use the Coaches helpful clues and links to make sure you get more right answers, more points and your chance to win a prize.
There are a maximum of 120 points available and you’ve got 12 round to try to beat H.Acker (so make sure you use the Coaches clues!)
Your Progress during Knockout
Your progress during Knockout, and the points you have gained so far, can be saved as you go. After answering the question on each round, you’ll have the option to save your progress or move on to the next question.
So, if you have to jump on that next Zoom call, or respond to that email, you can always come back to the game later, and finish beating H.Acker.
How do I win?
Collect points for every correct answer. The more points you score, the higher up the leaderboard you will get. The top scorers on competition close will be entered into a prize draw to win one of the 21 Amazon vouchers.
Prize Delivery
After competition close on Friday 10th December 2021, Zyxel will be in contact with you directly to arrange the delivery of your prize, so keep an eye out on your emails.
If you’re a winner, you’ll be contacted directly no later than Friday 17th December 2021 to claim your prize. You’ll have 7 days to acknowledge the email to claim your prize.
